To participate in the First Friday Devotion, on the first Friday of the month for nine consecutive months, a person will:
1. Attend Holy Mass
2. Receive Communion
3. Go to Confession
What is a devotion?
Devotions are "external practices of piety" that are not part of the official liturgy of the Catholic Church. It is not required to practice devotions; however, they can enhance spiritual development and help the faithful grow in love for Jesus and His Church.
